Creator and Support Group Facilitator
Hannah has had the opportunity to advocate for communities suffering from interpersonal trauma for most of her career. With over 3,000 hours of direct client contact with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors, Hannah feels passionate about standing alongside individuals who have been denied choice over their bodies and minds. Hannah promotes autonomy and empowers women through facilitating support groups for survivors and writing articles to provide education about trauma and violence against women. Hannah believes strongly in dismantling patriarchy and furthering feminist activism through healing.
Hannah is currently in Graduate school completing her Master's of Science degree in Marriage and Family therapy with an emphasis on interpersonal violence and intersectionality.

Regina believes in the power of healing through therapy, spirituality, and self-empowerment. Regina has a passion for writing, and for sharing her experiences with others, especially women who have experienced hurt and loss of trust in romantic relationships. She also enjoys offering encouragement to those who have fractured relationships with their families and parents. Regina gives thoughtful advice and genuine, heartfelt words to help others feel heard and not alone.
