Our platform at As Within, is an empowerment community helping to support interpersonal violence survivors and other individuals going through similar difficulties. We believe that this is a safe-space, where people of all backgrounds can share, listen to others and receive guidance.
ABOUT AS WITHIN,
Since 2017, As Within, has helped to foster resilience.
We are an all-women mental health team helping sexual violence and intimate partner violence survivors and their allies find trauma-informed guidance and support.
We aim to empower and facilitate change for anyone struggling with the effects of interpersonal trauma regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, race or religion.
Reaching out for help can be the first step towards healing.
We understand how helpful it is for people going through challenges to find a space where they can build connections with others who understand exactly what they’re experiencing.Our Support Groups are led by experienced facilitators who want to help empower your next steps. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease, so let us know what’s on your mind by getting in touch.
Our brand new Community Forums are a great option for sharing your story and asking questions, no matter where you are in your journey. Our only goal at As Within, is to make you feel safe and supported, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
