Shoulders to Lean On

Our platform at As Within, is an empowerment community helping to support interpersonal violence survivors and other individuals going through similar difficulties. We believe that this is a safe-space, where people of all backgrounds can share, listen to others and receive guidance.

Our Mission

Since 2017, As Within, has helped to foster resilience.

We are an all-women mental health team helping sexual violence and intimate partner violence survivors and their allies find trauma-informed guidance and support.

We aim to empower and facilitate change for anyone struggling with the effects of interpersonal trauma regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, age, race or religion.

Reaching out for help can be the first step towards healing.
